The data entered, or imported on instruction, by the Users of an Organisation, is stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is only accessible to the approved Users of the Organisation. The Administrator of the Organisation (Administrator) will have full control over who is invited to be a User. A user name and password is required to access an Organisation's information.
It is the User’s responsibility to keep their passwords safe. It is the Administrator’s responsibility to ensure any Users invited to use the Organisation’s account have permission to view the Organisation’s information stored in the account.
Free Trade has access to and may use aggregate information such as number of associated Users, number of transactions and billing information, for the purpose of billing, monitoring server and software performance and other internal purposes of Free Trade .
Free Trade will never access the details of any financial transaction entered and stored in the Free Trade system. Free Trade will never access system usage history for a specific identifiable user, except where granted permission by the User to assist with resolution of a system issue or error.
Free Trade staff and partners can access non-identifying and aggregated usage information and transaction volumes to better understand how our customers are using our Services. This allows us to improve the system design and where appropriate, have the system prompt users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure customer data storage system.
3. Use of IP Addresses
Free Trade reserves the right to use your IP address to help diagnose problems with Free Trade’s server and software, and to administer the Website.
4. Use of Cookies
When you view the Website, Free Trade may store information on your computer. This information could be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the Website. Free Trade Servers have commercial security certificates so all data transferred between the Users of an organisation and the Free Trade Servers is encrypted. However, the internet is not in itself a secure environment. Users should only enter, or instruct the importation of, data to the database within a secure environment. This means that the User’s browser must support the encryption security used in connection with the Free Trade Servers.
Free Trade stores your data in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) which Free Trade considers will give the Organisation and its Users the most efficient access from wherever in the World they may be. Access and storage controls via the Software and the Website are however administered by Free Trade in New Zealand, as the holder of that Data. Where an Organisation or User accesses or inputs Data from somewhere other than the country where the Data is stored or to be stored, the Organisation and the User consent to that Data being transferred from one country to the other (including via any intermediate country) as a function of transmission across the internet.
6. International Usage
The Website is hosted in New Zealand. You acknowledge and agree that in continuing your use of the Website, this Privacy Notice and Free Trade terms of use are governed by New Zealand law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of New Zealand. You further agree you are transferring your personal information to Free Trade servers and that you irrevocably consent to such transfer.
7. Credit Card Details
If you pay us by Credit or Debit Card, your credit or debit card details are not stored by us and cannot be accessed by our staff
Your credit or debit card details are encrypted and securely stored by Stripe to enable Free Trade to automatically bill your credit or debit card on a recurring basis.
8. Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy
Where Free Trade is acquired by or merged with a third party, we reserve the right to transfer and assign the information collected to the new purchaser.
Where Free Trade is placed into receivership, liquidation or management by any third party, Free Trade cannot guarantee how your information will be dealt with.

If Free Trade are found liable for any liability arising under the Privacy Notice to the extent allowable at law you agree that Free Trade total cumulative liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the Access Fees paid by You in the three (3) months preceding the first such incident.
